Initial Comments:
An off site follow up survey conducted on 3/27/2017 found that Ellison Nursing Group had corrected the deficiencies cited under Title 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H: Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state licensure survey completed on 1/30/2018.
